Skipping files and folders

I have some folders and files on my server that I don't need on my local machine. Can I make Auto FTP Manager to skip such files/folders during data transfer?

Auto FTP manager provides you an option of including or excluding specific files or folders for the transfer.
The Include/Exclude list allows you to specify any files and/or folders from both local and server location.
