Selecting which files are overwritten during FTP transfer

I am in search of a FTP client that will allow me to overwrite files depending on size, date, etc.
Does Auto FTP Manager have this ability? -
Auto FTP Manager allows you to select which files get transferred based on date or size. You can overwrite the files if the date is newer or if the date/size is different using conflict resolution.
There is an option to overwrite the file if the size is larger. This will replace the smaller existing file on destination by the larger one. Select the required option from the Conflict Resolution drop down list and save the changes.
