      I need to convert PAL DV (home video) to NTSC DV or DVD for viewing and backup purposes?

      What is the best and easiest way? Less time consuming and lowest cost preferred.
      Any suggestion is appreciated.

        The easiest way to transfer video from your DV camera to a computer is to use a FireWire (IEEE 1394) cable and the software that came with your camera. If your computer does not have a FireWire port, an expansion card is very inexpensive.

        Digital Media Converter Pro can convert DV video from PAL to NTSC formats, or convert your video into MPEG 2 video in NTSC DVD format.
