      I installed Vista Ultimate with SP1. I wanted to convert my dvr-ms files from Vista, and also dvr-ms files from
      win xp MCE 2005, to wmv files. I bought (it's not a trial) DMC v.2.78 and tried to open the files I wanted to convert and get the message "To convert Media Center PC digital recorded files (.dvr-ms) Windows XP SP2 system is needed."

      Can someone please help? Thanks a lot

        Please download the newest version of Digital Media Converter and install it. This will enable you to convert DVR-MS files on Windows Vista SP1.
