I am using Auto FTP Manager to download files from an FTP server to my PC folder. I don’t want to keep the files which are removed from the FTP server. Please help configure Auto FTP Manager for this purpose.

Auto FTP Manager provides an option to delete files from the PC folder if the files are not present at the FTP location. While creating an automated transfer profile, under ‘Action Rules’ select the last check box to ‘Delete files from [PC location] if not present in [FTP location]’

Now, when you run automated transfer profile, the files which are not present in the FTP folder will be removed from the PC folder.
