E-mail a screen recording

Is there a way for me to email a copy of the screen recording? I am not really very computer savvy so need some instructions on how to do that if possible. I would need to email it users outside of our network. Thanks so much for your time.

My Screen Recorder saves recordings to the My Recordings folder inside your My Documents folder.
Once you have located your recording, you can send it as an attachment using your regular email software. I recommend using the default WMV format for your recordings or if you are using My Screen Recorder Pro, use the MP4 format.
