I am not really very computer savvy so need some instructions on how to do that if possible. I would need to email it users outside of our network. Thanks so much for your time.</p>

<p dir="auto">Once you have located your recording, you can send it as an attachment using your regular email software. I recommend using the default WMV format for your recordings or if you are using My Screen Recorder Pro, use the MP4 format.</p>
