      Hi,
I love this product. I just encountered an issue, though. I have some .mp4 and .mov files I uploaded to my PC. Quicktime player usually displays them upright. When I convert them to .avi or .wmv, they play upside down. Any idea why, or what I can do to mitigate this? There doesn't seem to be a option to fix this.
      Thanks

The Quicktime player uses non-standard codes in the header of your mov files to play in the correct orientation.

Digital Media Converter Pro can straighten the video during conversion for the .avi and other file formats. Before conversion, click on the effects button and select 'Rotate 180 degrees'. Now proceed to conversion and your video will play right side up.
