Getting file transfers to work without being logged in to Windows

We would like to have automated transfers run on our server reqardless if we are logged in or not.
I just downloaded the newest version and am preparing to setup. We receive this software from our vendor and is how we upload our data to our vendor. Please let me know if the transfers can happen without being logged in.

Auto FTP Manager version 5 and newer will run as a service. Create your automated transfer, then schedule it.
In the schedule settings make sure to enter a username and password that the schedule will run as. You do not need to be logged in for the scheduled transfer to execute.
