My hard drive died so I got a new HP.

I downloaded what I believed to be the same Pro Converter that I had last time. I am now upgrading to the new version - it looks much nicer!

After adding a file, I'm asked what format to convert to - which I didn't notice before. The formats that I'm choosing do not look good once I post them. I only want to do videos of dog training and post on Facebook. Can you please recommend what I should use?

Digital Media Converter Pro will work create files in many different formats for both online and offline use.

For Facebook, I suggest converting to the format WMV for Desktop Viewing. Click on the Configure button and change the video profile to 'Very High Quality'. Notice that the output size says 'Original', this is important so that your original dimensions are maintained. When you upload to Facebook you should get a good quality video post.
