Can I make a long recording and put it on a CD?

I woud like to know the record time (how long) I can create. I have a seminar that will last a few hours. Also after recording, will this be able to be put on a CD?

My Screen Recorder Pro will record for as long as you have disk space - there is no limit from the software.
A CD will hold a recording of about 3 hours using the default video profile. With the Pro version you can even create a self-playing executable to put on CD. We have an article that explains how to distribute self-playing executables:
