I have a seminar that will last a few hours.  Also after recording, will this be able to be put on a CD?</p>

<p dir="auto">A CD will hold a recording of about 3 hours using the default video profile. With the Pro version you can even create a self-playing executable to put on CD.  We have an article that explains how to distribute self-playing executables:<br />
