View WebCam Monitor Broadcast from the Office

HI,

I have problem to connect to my home PC from my office. I use dialup modem and phone line for connecting.
In my home I have wcm and i can see image in wmp with this address:

mms://127.0.0.1:1080

When I want connect to home with dialup modem, I have problem with verify username and password.
I setup incoming connection in my home PC and assign this IP address:

from:192.168.1.100
to: 192.168.1.102

What is my problem? Do you have a standard setting for connecting two PCs for watching webcam?
