During recording My Screen Recorder Pro uses space in a temporary folder. It sounds like you may be low on disk space on your temporary drive. Change the temporary recording folder by clicking Tools >> Settings >> General. Under the Temporary Working Folder heading choose a drive and folder with adequate space.
