My Screen Recorder has specific recording profiles for each type of screen recording you will do. If you have a audio synchronization problem, switch to a different recording profile that is more appropriate for your scenario. Please click on Tools >> Settings >> Recording Format and choose 'WMV Text & Voice (High Resolution)'. The Text & Voice High Resolution should work well for your PowerPoint Presentation.
