My Screen Recorder has an integrated video player. There are two methods to pause and start the playback. If you are viewing video within the My Screen Recorder window, you can simply use the Enter key to pause and start the playback. If you are playing the video on a full screen, use the Ctrl-P key combination to pause and start.
