I work from home and although I am not always in front of my PC, the PC is always on. I would like to use Text Speaker to give me spoken reminders when I have to take my medication and when it is time to pick up the kids from school. If I create a schedule will I still get reminders even if Text Speaker is not running?

I want to use WebCam Monitor with my Logitech camera. I have to broadcast the video from webcam and would like to keep the broadcast video frame size smaller than the camera preview. How do I do this?

Is it possible to read text from a word file or from the screen directly without copy-pasting it into Text Speaker?
