The recording file format in Security Monitor Pro was changed from Window Media to MPEG4 in version 5.2 Most PC's will already have all necessary codecs to play back the MP4 recordings. If your PC is not able to play back the files, installing the codec pack from this location will fix the issue: https://www.deskshare.com/download/codecpack.exe
