The temporary recording files may be recoverable. Try renaming them to have an extension of '.wmv' and see if they will play in the My Screen Recorder media player. If they play but do not have the ability to seek forward or reverse, you can use Digital Media Converter Pro to repair the file. Click Tools >> Attempt to Repair File and it should re-index your recording.
