Reading instructions out loud on a schedule using Text Speaker

I wanted to use Text Speaker to read aloud the instructions for kids in a playgroup. Can I set Text Speaker to read the one sentence instruction at a scheduled time?

Text Speaker has a Talking Reminder feature. You can use it to read the instructions aloud at a scheduled time.

Just type your instructions in the Message box on the ‘Reminder Details’ dialog. Set the time. If you want to repeat the message, select the interval to repeat message.
