Making MP3 voice messages from text

I am looking for a text to speech application which I can use to create voice messages. I appreciate if you can provide details on using Text Speaker.

You can create natural sounding voice messages using Text Speaker.

Just open the application type your voice message. Go to the 'Speak' menu and select 'Convert Current File To Audio'. The audio files can be produced in WAV and MP3 formats.

Test your file by right clicking on it in the 'File List' and click 'Play Audio File'.
