Using the scheduler to record streaming videos

My Screen Recorder Pro looks great. I am new to using this and I have a question - I want to record some streaming videos without having to sit in front of the PC for hours just to stop recording.
How to do this?

My Screen Recorder Pro has a powerful scheduling system. You can easily add a schedule to record the video playing on your screen. The schedule will run for the time you specify and will save the recorded video file.
