Flexibility in MP4 format for Screen Recorder Pro

I am looking to upgrade my Screen recorder to the Pro version. But I wish to know what flexibility the mp4 has. Today most mp4 videos allow multiple platforms to view. Does the Pro version allow me to save with different quality of video, i.e. High, regular or low and pixel sizes, i.e. 800X600, 640X480, 1024X768, etc?

My Screen Recorder Pro will allow you to record the screen in the MP4 video format with different video quality.
To change the settings, select Settings > Recording Format. You can change the Video format and Video Profile from following dialog:
Also, the Pro version supports different resolutions. To change the resolution, Select Record and adjust the Resolution value:
