I've just upgraded to Version 5 and cannot find a way to get my photo size greater than 640 x 480. I would like to get the photos at 800 x 600 to ensure adequate quality for face recognition at about 5 metres.

I'm using a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 USB camera in a small reception area.

Security Monitor Pro can capture video and images at high resolution from your USB cameras.

For the Logitech 9000 Pro USB camera, make sure you have the latest Logitech drivers. Add your USB camera to Security Monitor Pro, and under the Test Camera button, click on Video Properties.

This will display Logitech camera controls for frame rate and output resolution. Set the resolution to 800x600 and click OK. When you return to Security Monitor Pro your preview resolution will be 800x600 and your captured photos will have the same resolution.
