My video recorded as a result of motion, and captured jpg pics (received in my e-mail) often have a portion of the photo colored in red. Sometimes the live video will show this red color also. For example: some tree limbs will be red, others will be the correct color. Is this a camera/software compatibility issue or is this something that I can adjust in Security Pro settings?

When you have the 'Highlight Motion Change' setting on, you will see a red outline around the object that triggered the alert.

To have Security Monitor Pro remove the outline from future recordings, click Camera >> Manage Cameras >> Edit Camera >> Actions and click the button Motion Settings. De-select the box for 'Highlight Motion Change'.
