Make a video of a Powerpoint presentation that includes a webcam image

I appreciate if you can help me:

1. I would like to record a PP presentation and sometimes put a webcam image on part or all of screen. Can do?

2. When recording a PP presentation with the list of slide captions visible can the viewer click on a caption and jump to that portion on the video?

My Screen Recorder will record your Powerpoint presentation and also the webcam image on your screen. Here is an article that explains how to create a video from your Powerpoint presentation:

You can overlay your webcam image at any point while creating the video. The captions in your recorded video are not clickable.
