How do I highlight words or text while reading out loud?

Is there is a way to highlight the word or paragraph to make the text more easily accessible to the visually impaired?

Text Speaker can highlight words as they are being spoken. You can set this option from the Application Settings. Click Tools Settings and make sure to check the box for 'Highlight word when reading'.
