Analog camera with a capture card in Security Monitor Pro

How do I configure/test Security Monitor Pro to display an image from an analog camera connected to a PC capture card? I am using the trial version, and I do not see the name of the capture card in the list of cameras.

Security Monitor Pro supports many standard windows capture cards.
Click Camera >> Add New Camera, then under the type of camera select 'USB Camera'. Your capture card should be displayed in the USB Video list. Select your device and click on 'Test Camera' to get a preview.
