      Hope anyone can help. When using My Screen Recorder Pro and attempting to change AVI Settings under settings, the program crashes.

      Has anyone encountered this problem and is it a known problem with a solution?

        I would suggest that you upgrade your Windows DirectX to DirectX 9.0c.

        If you already have the latest DirectX, I highly recommend you reinstall.

        After upgrading, reboot your PC.
