How to record mic and internet voice chat at same time?

I'm able to record EITHER mic input or other people's voices on internet chat, but I can't record BOTH my own voice and theirs. Is this possible?

My Screen Recorder records audio from the selected audio input in Windows. As Windows allows you to select only one option, you will not be able to record from both the Microphone and your application simultaneously.
