Can I read a kindle book with the help of Text Speaker?

Text Speaker allows you to hear selected text from any program, including your web browser.
For Kindle books, use the Kindle Cloud Reader to open the book in your browser. Next, highlight the content you want to read and use Text Speaker's function keys to start reading the selected text aloud.
To configure the Function keys, click Settings >> HotKeys.
This way you can read any PDF or ebooks that you can find on the web and can be opened in your browser. Text Speaker's Hotkeys can be used to start, stop and resume reading of your ebook.
