      Hi

I am testing this software before I buy it but I am having a problem
I have a Stardot IP-Camera and set monitoring with alert but I get crazy of all e-mails
I set sensitivity to 1 and to 10 but no differents, in ½ hour I get over 10 e-mails even there is no motion. Just sunshine.
The camera is in the house and watching outside.
I even get sometimes a message that e-mail notification was not able to send e-mail, lucky me because otherwise I receive more e-mails with no-motion.
Can some one help me to solve this problem ?
The program looks good and simple so that is the good way

I am watching this topic for an solution.

The sunshine is probably varying, for instance when a cloud passes in front of the sun, which is detected as motion. Cars driving by and trees waving in the wind can also cause alerts.

You can use the Mask function to block out any objects that are likely to move. If you still get too many false positive alerts, you may want to consider using continuous recording and no email alerts. You can then examine the recordings at the end of each day.
