Send email test fails on my PC

I'm having trouble with sending e-mail notifications. The send test fails.

Any suggestions.

If you're using a proxy server then you need to configure the proxy settings.

Some ISP's are blocking port 25 which prevents you from sending direct email.
In WebCam Monitor you will have to specify a mail server provided by the ISP.
