How can I record a telephone line call along with my screen?

I would like to use My Screen Recorder Pro to record my screen along with recording the audio from a telephone line conversation. How can this be done?

My Screen Recorder Pro can record your screen and simultaneously record the audio from your telephone call. You will need a telephone pick up coil, plugged into your Line-In port.
Run the Audio Tuning wizard in My Screen Recorder Pro and select the Line-In port. It will record the telephone conversation while the telephone pick up coil is attached to your phone. Pick up coils are available from many sources, here is a picture of one:
