Reading a single document with different voices in each section

I need to have two voices reading a document. I can't figure out how to add a second voice.
Can you tell me how to solve this issue?

Text Speaker will allow you to read a single document with different voices. Use the special voice tag to specify the voice you would like your text to be read in. For example, <voice required="name=Mike16"> will use the Mike voice until a new <voice required=""> tag is reached.
