Recording the screen with higher frames per second

After trying to screen capture a short video online the capture appears to be at 3 frames per second. Is there anything I can do in the settings to get a higher frames per second capture speed?

You can change the recording profile to get higher frame rates.
Click the Settings button on the toolbar, click 'Recording Format' and change the Video Profile to "WMV Motion and Music (Very High Resolution)". This should record your online video with good quality.
You can also choose a custom profile to get exactly the setting you would like.
