I have a problem by the Security Monitor Pro 2.2

The cpu is working by 100% when monitoring . I have 4 IP digicam on this pc.
The pc hardware is:
CPU P3 /1000
SDram 512

The other pc is
P4 2600
DDR 1GB

The cpu is working 100% when monitoring

There is a solution?
