Good day,
I need a software that accesses two DVRs and join over 8 cameras. Is there something like this?

I am running Windows 7.
Sometimes it will do an unattended forced reboot such as when required by a system update.
Since it is a multi-user system, after rebooting, nobody is logged in.
Thus the software is not-operational until someone logs in.
Is there a way to get it to launch into monitor mode after reboot but before a login?
