First, you have to rip the CD to MP3 format and then you will be able to convert the MP3 file to MP4 format.</p>
<p dir="auto">To convert audio CD to MP3 format, click <strong>Tools &gt;&gt; Rip Audio CD</strong>. Select the drive that contains the audio CD you want to rip and click OK.</p>
