I want to close the program and let it perform the transfers in the background.</p>

<p dir="auto">You can also use <strong>Login to run the schedule even if your system is logged off</strong> option. This can be set when configuring the schedule.  It allows a <a href="https://www.deskshare.com/help/afm/ScheduledProfiles.aspx" rel="nofollow ugc">scheduled profile</a> to run even when there is no user logged into Windows at the scheduled time.  Enabling this option will require you to enter the Windows password for the current logged in user.</p>
<p dir="auto">Note: This option is not available for ‘On Application Launch’ and ‘On Folder Change’ schedules.</p>

<p dir="auto">Once you add a schedule, you can close Auto FTP Manager. The schedule will start at desired time, even though Auto FTP Manager is not running.</p>
