Select Upload Status option from View menu. Click on 'Configure Upload Settings' button and select upload photo option. Click on the 'Rename photo files to' checkbox and enter the file name in the text box. You can overwrite the existing file or append date-time or a sequence number to the file name during uploading.

Appending date and time will save all the files on the FTP server. With sequence number, only the newest image files will be saved.
