I found Auto FTP Manager very easy but not sure about downloading files.</p>

While creating an automated transfer profile add a filter for ‘File Name’.</p>
<p dir="auto">Choose to ‘Include file names Beginning with’, enter the characters in the text box. This will only transfer the files with name beginning with the specified characters.</p>
