You need to outline the important points from each chapter. Once you outline the text, just convert the outlined text to an audio file.

To outline the text, select the text you want in your audio file and right click to choose the 'Outline Area' option. After finishing the outlining, go to the 'Speak' menu and select the 'Convert Outlined Text' option. You can either convert it into a MP3 or WAV audio file.
