<p dir="auto">Place your mouse cursor at the point you want to insert a pause, then right click and select the 'Insert Pause' option. You will see different values for the pause duration. Select one of the predefined values if they are adequate. There is also an option, 'User Defined', which allows you to enter the time in seconds.</p>
<p dir="auto">With this option you can have the customized pause length between sentences or bullet points and sections.</p>
