I could run the screen recording continuously but I would end up with a huge file. Is it possible to have a small screen recording file so I can send it someone to show them the problem?

Go to Tools >> Settings >> Recording Options and select the 'Timed Recording Options'. Choose the option to 'Save the last "x" minutes of recordings'.

Specify the number of last few minutes you want to record. This will create a short and precise screen recording showing the action causing the problem. You can easily share the screen recording to show what is happening.

With Save last minutes turned on, the program only keeps a very limited duration of recording stored at any time, so it saves a lot of disk space.
