I have connected 3 webcams and set it to cycle for every 20 seconds. My question is whether I can adjust the sensitivity level separately for each camera if I cycle the cameras? Or will it be the same for all cameras?

Cycling automatically swaps the cameras so you keep an eye on all your cameras in intervals. When you configure the cameras to cycle, the individual camera settings will still be in effect.
