When you start monitoring for motion detection, the preview area will be highlighted with a red border when motion is detected.</p>
<p dir="auto">The alerts you have configured will be performed when motion is detected, such as video recording, taking photos, or email notifications. The alert actions occur in the background while the preview is displayed on your screen.</p>
