<![CDATA[My purchased voice is expired when I try to use it]]>My voice is saying it is expired, but I purchased a license a month ago. How do I get this to activate? I tried using my Text Speaker license number, but that did not work.

You have to activate each voice separately with the correct serial number. The Text Speaker serial number will only activate Text Speaker.

Log in to your DeskShare account and you can retrieve serial numbers for all the products you have purchased. The voice will be activated when you enter a valid serial number for the voice.
