I'm looking for an FTP program to do a certain task. Round the clock I encode video and send it overseas. I need an FTP client that can add each video to a transfer queue after it is finished encoding. I have to be carefule since the file isn't "complete" as soon as it is created. It's still growing for quite some time. Transfers at file creation would cause incomplete transfers.

Is what I'm asking achievable? Thanks for you help.

Try Auto FTP Manager on a automated schedule of every 10 minutes. Only the files that are completely encoded, and no longer being written to, will be transferred.
