<p dir="auto">During capture I sometimes have a problem with auto-save file. I get the error: Insufficient disk space to save file.</p>
<p dir="auto">I have checked my computer -</p>
<ol>
<li>The security settings are inherited from the root directory.</li>
<li>UAC is disabled.</li>
<li>My Screen Recorder runs with administrator privileges.</li>
<li>We specify another folder to save, copy this file to the same location where the program was to save - all ok.</li>
<li>Free hard disk space above 15 GB.</li>
</ol>
<p dir="auto">The duration of the saved file is not more than an hour in the format WMV. Profile "Very High Resolution".   During tests with short videos this error doesn't occur - only happens with 1 hour or longer videos.</p>
<p dir="auto">Please help!</p>

<p dir="auto">It sounds like you may be low on disk space on your temporary drive.  Change the temporary recording folder by clicking Tools &gt;&gt; Settings &gt;&gt; General.  Under the Temporary Working Folder heading choose a drive and folder with adequate space.</p>
